Shipping Policy

 Third party in-house delivery

Ships via uShip white glove delivery service to the lower 48 continental US only. Shipping includes placement of your furniture inside on the ground floor only.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your furniture will fit into your house, therefore shipments cannot be refused at delivery.

Please thoroughly inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged, please note any damages on the delivery slip and reach out to Tarpley Woodworks immediately so that we may file a claim with the carrier. Furniture that arrives damaged will be replaced at no cost to you once the claim has been filed successfully. If there are damages not noted or expressed to Tarpley Woodworks at the time of delivery, we cannot replace any damaged items or cover any repairs under warranty.

 

Local pick-up/ delivery by Tarpley Woodworks

If you live in the state of Georgia, you have the option to pick up your order at our shop in Madison GA, by appointment, at no additional cost.

We also offer local delivery to GA addresses. If you choose this option, we will reach out when your order is complete to schedule delivery. DELIVERY WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID. This includes delivery and assembly by Tarpley Woodworks representatives on the ground floor only. This does not include installation of items such as doors, porch swings, bookshelves or any other items that need to be secured to the wall or ceiling. As stated above, orders cannot be refused at delivery if they do not fit inside the home. Please double check your measurements before ordering. Upon pick-up or delivery, a delivery confirmation form will need to be filled out. This form states that you have received all of the items you ordered, in new condition. FAILURE TO SIGN THIS FORM WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
